Is these stamps worth anything?

| Mitteilung: | I found a page with 10 stamps on one side and 2 stamps on the other. The stamps are called America on Guard $.25 U.S. Postal savings. I never even heard of them before. I looked them up on the internet and it says it was to help finance the war. What year and what war would these have been? |
