Austrian Hitler Mask Stamp

Hi, I was wondering if you can help me out.  I need information on an Austrian Stamp from 1945 or 46.  It is the portrait of a skeleton removing a "party mask" which is the face of Hitler.  Can you tell me what the name or scott number of this stamp is and possible what its value is????  Thanks! Charles

answer of sammler.com

Austria planned to issue this stamp 1946. It would have been a part of a set of other stamps which were issued on September 16 th 1946.
This stamp wasn't issued because the Allied Occupation Offices didn't allow to issue this stamp.
The value of this stamp is high (dealer will sell this stamp for approx. 1000 $).
The Michel no. is VII. Michel no. of the set: 776/783

Hitler Block

To Whom it may concern: I am holding a block of stamps that were purchased by my uncle while he was visiting Germany in 1937. It is a block of stamps surrounded by white paper border. The stamps picture Hitler. They are green and are marked 6. The white border is printed with WER EIN VOLK RETTEN WILL KANN NUR HEROISCH DENKEN. It is postmarked MUNCHEN 20 April 1937. I am wondering what the value of this block of stamps might be. Could you please advise? Thank you.
Libbie Payne

answer of sammler.com

There are two types of this block.
First version: the four stamps are perforated.
The value for the used (postmarked) version is approx. 10 $
The value for the unused never hinged version is approx. 50 $
Second version: the four stamps are unperforated.
The value for the used (postmarked) version is approx. 20 $
The value for the unused never hinged version is approx. 150 $

Both blocks were issued 4/5/1937 for Hitler's 48th  birthday on 4/20/1937.

answer of sammler.com

The two Hitler stamps with the nomination of 2 K (= 2 Kronen) and 4 K (= 4 Kronen) were issued 1942-45 in the German protectoriate Böhmen and Mähren (Czechoslovakia) which was occupied by Germany between 1938 and 1945. The value of these stamps used or unused is very low (only a few cents).

Hitler Stamps

i have sone german stamps of hitler all but 3 could you tell me more about these stamps thank you

answer of sammler.com

There were issued a lot of stamps with Hilter's face between 1933 and 1945 in Germany and between 1938 and 1945 in the from Germany occupied countries. There are a lot of types with low values (only a few cents) but some of these stamps have also a high value. The best way to determine the value of your stamps is to take a look in a stamp catalog or that you give us a more detailed description of your stamps.
